Randstad is seeking Cash Vault Associate in El Paso, TX. This position involves handling cash in a high-security, fast-paced vault environment, where attention to detail, cash handling experience, and the ability to meet productivity standards are essential. Candidates must work effectively in a team, follow strict policies for risk control, and maintain precision while processing large amounts of cash. The role also requires physical stamina, as employees will be on their feet for most of the shift and may handle weights up to 50 lbs. Position: Cash Vault Associate Location: El Paso, TX Pay: $18/hr  Shift Days/Hours:  20 hrs per week to start. There may be opportunities to work additional hours as business needs come up, and as other employees go on vacation, sick, etc. 12:30-4:30/5 (or close) 1 week day off + Off Sat/Sun 4 days per week M-F, possibly Wednesday or Thursday or Friday off.  Talent should be flexible to days of week off and extended hours Training Days/Hours: M-F, 6 hour shift between 830-530 for a week

Responsibilities

• Working in a cash vault NOT a bank handling commercial and retail deposits
• Responsible for high speed processing of large amounts of cash for customers by using dedicated equipment 
• Receives incoming cash deposits, open bags, count cash, process deposit slips, move contents, etc. 
• May package cash for outgoing as well 
• Most of the day spent standing
• This is a fast paced, repetitive, production based environment. The vault is monitored by A LOT of cameras and armed guards. Employees will be working in close proximity with about 40 other team members. It is important they can create relationships and work well with others. 
• High risk area - nature of job is risk control; making sure everything that is required according to policies and procedures
• Will be in an enclosed environment, no windows, underground. 
• If not in balance, make adjustment to account for discrepancies 
• Candidates mostly responsible for the “batching” function where they are processing smaller deposits. SLA is to process 60 transactions/hour at a minimum. This is very doable with the equipment they have and there some employees processing closer to 100/hour.
• Talent will be on their feet for the majority of their shift
