Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping eyewear products.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery to customers and retailers.
• Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to optimize transportation costs and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to minimize overstock, shortages, and shrinkage.
• Utilize inventory management software to track eyewear stock and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and distribution staff to achieve performance goals.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
