Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Accounts Receivable Management: Manage entire AR process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and cash application

Cash Deposit Processing: ACH, checks, and credit card payments

Aging Report Management: Review and manage accounts receivable aging reports with timely follow-up and collection of outstanding balances

Statement Distribution and Reconciliation: Prepare and send monthly statements to customers and perform regular account reconciliations

New Customer Setup and Credit Analysis: Establish new customer accounts ensuring compliance with sales tax regulations. Conduct research on company, ownership and credit limit determinations

Customer Account Maintenance: Update and maintain customer account details ensuring all data is accurate and current

High-Volume Processing: Manage AR for multiple subsidiaries of parent company, while ensuring up-to-date financial visibility

End-of-Month Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable at the end of each month and prepare reports for management

Commission Tracking: Administer commission calculations, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Cross-Training and Backup Support: Cross-training in other areas of the business, providing backup support when needed to ensure smooth operations across departments
