Responsibilities
E-Commerce Administrative Specialist
As an administrative specialist you will be responsible for providing support to management personnel for efficient operation of the E-Commerce division. You will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to processing orders, inventory, shipping and communication with customers and vendors. You will communicate via phone, email, and live chat to ensure all duties are completed accurately and delivered within deadlines. You will support the Director of E-Commerce with tasks related to online sales generated by multiple websites and online marketplaces. You will interface with other members of management and customer service personnel.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Process Orders
- Process shipping and logistics for orders
- Update and maintain spreadsheets
- Prepare new spreadsheets, including pivot tables
- Prepare documents and graphs based on information provided by management using Word
- Process vendor invoices
- Update website quantities
- Answer phone calls
- Take customer orders
- Answer customer and vendor questions
- Communicate product tracking information
- Manage inventory tracking and logistics spreadsheets
- Set up and prepare for zoom meetings
- Manage correspondence and email communication
- Plan and manage travel
