Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections.
- Assist with project accounting, including job costing and expense tracking.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, including project-specific reports for stakeholders.
- Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate allocation to projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to provide financial insights and support project success.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with a preference for candidates in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with construction-specific platforms is highly desirable.
- understanding of job costing and project accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
