As a Lead Financial Analyst, Job duties include:
- Lead the coordination of company reports, including weekly and monthly financial results, and prepare presentations for the Senior Leadership team.
- Investigate and explain operational and financial variances to budget, offering insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Provide detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, financial modeling, rate and volume analysis, and profitability impact analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Work closely with department heads to track performance against projections, support budget development, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- 8 + years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the Defense industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams, with a proven track record of achieving results without direct supervision.
- High attention to detail with advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
