What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities
Key Contributions:
- Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation of legal documents, such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, motions, and other due diligence items.
- Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence, memos, emails, and other materials; handle copy jobs, mail duties, and local deliveries.
- Case Management: Organize and monitor case files, update calendars with important dates, and maintain document management systems.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist with scheduling and preparing for meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials, including setting up materials and catering.
- Record Management: Manage file materials, including storage, retrieval, and record destruction as needed.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, manage the switchboard, and schedule conference rooms.
- General Support: Order office supplies, organize breakroom resources, and assist with special events.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with Excel is a plus.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a professional demeanor and strong client service focus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility: Availability to work some overtime as needed.
