Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, job duties include:
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates globally for R&D positions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability in the R&D sector.
- Provide insights and recommendations to influence talent sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of top R&D candidates, using a mix of sourcing channels such as online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the DEI team to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in the sourcing strategies.
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on sourcing, talent attraction, and strategic project management, ideally for R&D-related roles in Life Sciences or Pharma.
- A passion for embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated technical acumen, including proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Data & Analytics Platforms.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to create, implement, and follow through on sourcing plans.
