We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer CAD Designer to contribute to the design and optimization of our production equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs for manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze mechanical designs for feasibility, performance, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Design and implement upgrades to existing machinery to enhance production capabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and maintenance guides.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and processes.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source components and materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Experience in designing equipment for manufacturing or related industries; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation requirements for manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing.
• Proficient communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
