Responsibilities
- Access Vendor Portals to review, understand and follow each customer’s order ensuring the appropriate timing, packaging, labeling and shipment requirements are followed.
- Process orders in EDI, correct pricing errors and release orders to shipping.
- Process manual orders via purchase orders received via email, fax etc. and EDI. Enter purchase orders into JD Edwards (E1) release order number to the appropriate warehouse.
- Answer customer’s inquiries such as pricing, availability, confirm order details including ship dates.
- Issuing credit
- Work with Accounts Receivable to manage all deductions for retail customer accounts. Effective dispute, credit or request miscellaneous credits to clear any open balances.
- Verify that On Time Delivery for Retail customers
- Update the Transportation Management System (TMS) when orders are ready to ship, retrieve
shipping ID and ensure proper routing of logistics. - Enter Return Good Authorizations (RGA) and handle all discrepancies for Retail customers.
