In this role, you'll serve as the quarterback for your assigned customers ensuring that orders/projects are delivered on time and all necessary forms and tasks are completed along the way. 

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Duties

• Receive orders from existing/new customers and input quantities
• Ensure pricing is correct for all orders and input purchase orders
• Provide schedule updates, track invoice numbers, and oversee payments
• Facilitate smooth bidding and purchase requests for customers externally
• Track shipment progress while answering customer inquiries
• Support customers with any chargebacks or deductions
• Communicate in a professional manner to ensure the best customer service
