Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and manage any issues or delays.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
