Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations Management: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing day-to-day activities, maintaining supplies, and organizing workflows.
- QuickBooks Proficiency: Handle accounts payable/receivable, create and manage invoices, reconcile bank statements, and generate financial reports using QuickBooks.
- Administrative Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support leadership with clerical tasks as needed.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor office expenses and assist in budget planning to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Human Resources Support: Oversee onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and assist with payroll using QuickBooks, if required.
- Vendor & Client Relations: Communicate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation.
