We are hiring a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established company. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Project Managers with project administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit standard project forms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Enter job line items and update project milestones to track progress.
• Create and manage purchase orders, including receipt and documentation.
• Utilize various software applications daily, including proprietary databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms, and Smartsheet.
• Update customer databases and portals with relevant project information.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
• Assist with client invoicing and the preparation of close-out documentation.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by management.
