Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via help desk software, email, and phone in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update internal databases to maintain accurate records of customer information, permissions, and orders.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
- Prepare for and address customer inquiries by reviewing prior responses and understanding products and services.
- Create and manage product setups in databases and related service platforms.
- Answer inquiries related to Certification enrollment and assist with help desk questions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Support billing-related inquiries and respond to tickets regarding certifications for police and fire promotions.
- Assist the supervisor with administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience with customer service and administrative tasks, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in software systems such as iMIS, ZenDesk, TopClass, and ZOOM.
- Ability to work independently, ask questions when needed, and provide strategic solutions.
- Great organizational and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a small office environment with minimal supervision.
- Strategic thinker who can identify answers independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
- Not micromanaged but maintains a proactive approach to responsibilities.
