salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and potential challenges
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine project scopes
- Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Develop project schedules and ensure alignment with budget estimates
- Prepare and submit bid proposals and tender documents within deadlines
- Monitor project costs during construction to ensure adherence to budgets and forecasts
