Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background in HSE roles within plant or field settings, including conducting inspections and audits.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001; Internal auditor certification is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational & Environmental Safety & Health or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities
- HSE Oversight: Conduct regular visits and audits to ensure adherence to HSE standards across all operational areas.
- Training & Competency: Deliver HSE training and orientation to enhance worker competencies and ensure safety equipment and PPE control.
- Incident Management: Lead incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective and preventative measures.
- Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor safety and environmental compliance as per legal and corporate requirements.
- Risk Management: Assess risks and implement relevant safety measures and emergency plans.
