Responsibilities

• HSE Oversight: Conduct regular visits and audits to ensure adherence to HSE standards across all operational areas.
• Training & Competency: Deliver HSE training and orientation to enhance worker competencies and ensure safety equipment and PPE control.
• Incident Management: Lead incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective and preventative measures.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor safety and environmental compliance as per legal and corporate requirements.
• Risk Management: Assess risks and implement relevant safety measures and emergency plans.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders including workers, management, and clients concerning HSE matters.
