Responsibilities
- Attendance (no missed days within the first 30 days)
- Must have a current cell phone to allow them to connect via OKTA
- This is a M – F job EXCEPT in the case of a hurricane and then overtime is required
- Good grammar both spoken and in written communication
- Provides excellent Customer Service to customers and agents (internal and external) by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls, faxes and email requests.
- Interacts with all peers and customers in a professional manner
- Works collaboratively in a team setting
- Achieves acceptable Quality scores on all monthly evaluations
- Strives to provide consistent and accurate information to all callers
- Achieves First Call Resolution (FCR) on all interactions and leaves a lasting impression with policyholders and agents
- Maintains acceptable attendance levels throughout the year.
- Consistently meets all data entry and NBIC’s standards of performance requirements to ensure excellent customer service, accurate and professional handling of all requests
- Continually seeks new ways to improve our customer experience and recommends ways of improvement
- Provides clear, easy-to-understand information to policyholders
- Performs additional duties as assigned including mortgage changes, updating customer demographics
