Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets effectively for financial tracking and reporting.
- Work within a software-based platform, particularly Baseline, to service loans and manage operations.
- Use QuickBooks Online for day-to-day accounting functions.
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis, ensuring all transactions are classified correctly.
- Perform administrative tasks that support the financial operations of the business.
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets—this is a critical skill for success in the role.
- Experience with Baseline (preferred) and QuickBooks Online.
- Background in accounting/bookkeeping with a solid understanding of financial transactions and proper classification—not just data entry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Administrative skills to complement financial and accounting expertise.
- Real estate experience is not required, but the ability to adapt to various industry contexts is valuable.
