Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices, including 2-way and 3-way matching.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices and payments are accounted for and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire payments.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance, including lien waivers, insurance certificates, and W-9 forms.
- Assist with AIA billing and construction-specific documentation such as lien releases, bonds, and payment schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
