• Run weekly payroll.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Run daily costing.

• Perform month end Journal Entries.
• Run and prepare financial statements.
• Make bank deposits.
• Manage petty cash.
• Manage and process accounts payable.
• Manage and process accounts receivables.
• Manage standard costs.
• Monthly financial performance forecasting.
• Plan, review and manage budgets
• Develop strategies for improving business profitability and risk mitigation. • Year-end account reconciliations and CPA package.
• Annual 1099 preparation and submission.
• Annual Insurance Audit preparation and submission.
• Ensure proper controls and procedures are in place for accurate and timely reporting. • Resolve any Accounting Issues, i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable. • Ensure new employee packets are completed with required supporting information. • Maintain employee files.
• Employee liaison for Benefits package.
