Business and Finance Operations Professionals!  Our client, a leading mid-size law firm in midtown NYC is looking for a Business and Finance Operations Manager to join their growing team. This is a firm that is experience exponentail growth and in need of a jack of all trades to support their Business, Financial and IT operations. The professional will be reporting directly to the Partners of the firm, ensuring excellent exposure and the chance to make a lasting impact across the organization. salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

Responsibilities

Business Operations:
 Provide strategic oversight for all organizational locations and ensure cohesive
operational alignment.
 Implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
 Oversee other business entities to ensure synergy and strategic alignment.
Accounting & Financial Oversight:
 Oversee/work alongside Controller regarding the firm’s accounting operations, ensuring
accurate financial reporting across platforms.
 Assist with implementation of new projects to help better track case expenses and
manage reporting across several platforms.
 Work with the accounting team to develop and manage budgets, cash flow projections,
and future financial planning.
 Evaluate and monitor financial performance to align with organizational objectives.
 Identify opportunities within accounting processes to reduce costs in collaboration with
the Controller.
 Coordinate with CPA and Controller on tax implementation and tax strategy.
 Serve as an authorized signer on all bank accounts and administrator for all credit card
accounts (FUTURE).Vendor Management:
 Implement new vendors to support organizational needs.
 Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure optimal value.
 Evaluate vendor performance to maintain the highest quality services.
 Manage vendor relationships to cultivate and drive success.
