On a temporary basis, the Life Insurance Contract Processor will mainly be entering beneficiary data into systems and handling some name changes, working out of a queue. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of St. Paul, MN with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:45pm. The hiring manager is looking for someone with solid data entry and document management experience as well as excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

This is a processing role with a team who services life contracts. The team reviews requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness, as well as some follow-up work as needed. Attention to detail is critical for this role, as well as customer service and written communication skills to draft letters that make sense and are free of typos. These roles work very autonomously, and it is essential that the worker is a go-getter that doesn't need constant direction from their manager. The manager tracks productivity by pulling reports to see how many items have been closed. Responsibilities include:

• Process service code changes.
• Administer title change requests including contract ownership, name changes, contract assignments and beneficiary designations.
• Respond to contract administration service inquiries from policyholders and assigned field customers via telephone and written correspondence.
• Monitor and handle assigned reports associated with administrative processing to meet required deadlines.
