Responsibilities
- Mostly verifying clients, assisting with web access, password resets, providing commonly asked information for clients who are transitioning over to new firm
- Complex issues or stock trading and product inquiries will be transferred or escalated to a registered broker
- Language test required during training - must be fluent in the 2nd language
- Example of questions asked:
- Can you show me how to deposit money into my account?
- How can I change my address or phone number to my account?
- How can I transfer funds from another firm into my account?
- Where can I find forms?
- Can you help me reset my password?
