We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Assist with customer sales and outside sales representatives by providing product and/ or customer sales information. Provide quotes and product information. Handle special orders and advanced pricing.



salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and provide customer follow-ups.
• Initiates telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Coordinates purchase and delivery of special products. Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.
• Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
• Creates sales tickets.
• Maintains stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Operates and balances cash register daily.
• Researches credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Works with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned by location management.
• Experience equivalent to work at Building Supply Houses (Lumber & Building Materials)
