salary: $26 - $30 per hour
shift: First

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile bank  accounts, and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• High volume accounts payable processing.
• Manage vendors and suppliers.
• Onboarding new vendors and suppliers.
• Facilitates payment of vendors, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the financial records.                                          
• Assist Controller with Job cost in Pipe and verifying customers are billed correctly and other financial analysis (monthly) 
• Process expense report for marketing manager (weekly). 
• Reviewed vendor/credit card statements to verify charges
• Perform other accounting tasks and projects as needed.
