Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including job costing and subcontractor payments.
- Perform month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Manage construction-specific accounting tasks, such as AIA billing, lien releases, and retainage tracking.
- Collaborate with internal departments, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
