Position Overview: As a Financial Services Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. • Respond promptly to inbound calls from clients and provide knowledgeable assistance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a financial call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
