A large company in Farmingdale, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team.  This role is ideal for individuals with excellent customer service skills and exceptional phone etiquette. You will be the primary point of contact for technicians and consumers, providing support for inventory issues, faulty product inquiries, and service requests. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist with inventory issues in stores.
• Handle service and part requests for technicians and consumers (B2B and B2C).
• Address customer concerns about faulty products with professionalism and efficiency.
• File claims for missing shipments and ensure timely resolution.
• Use a scan gun to track and document parts inventory.
• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate repair support and solutions.
