- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- Preferred: Four-year degree related to information technology
- Analytical and fact-based decision-making skills.
- Good organizational skills, detail oriented, high sense of urgency.

- Ability to independently research issues, develop/execute resolution strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal and external customers).
- Knowledge in credit card processing systems a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Advanced systems knowledge (i.e. SQL, Quick Base, Excel).
- Technical support experience.
- Experience preferred within a Food & Beverage company.

Responsibilities
- Level 2 support for bottler field technicians.
- Diagnose problems according to established procedures; escalate as needed.
- Maintains knowledge base of incident resolution steps and shares common scenarios with other team members.
- Registers and processes requests for service according to procedures and coordinates activities with other team members as appropriate.
- Maintains process documentation.
- Create operational performance statistics and financial reports.
- Stewards health and reporting information to assigned participants.
- Performs routine configuration changes and profile changes as directed.
- Ad hoc requests as needed.
