salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts
• receivable from ACH, Branch Deposit, Credit Card, Lock Boxes, and Wire transfers.
• Use 3rd party High Radius Cash Application payment platform.
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing
• attentions.
• Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
• Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Credit
• Managers and other staff.
• Collaborates with the Credit Managers to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
• Assists Accounting and Treasury Managers in reconciling accounts every month.
• Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
