The Business Intelligence Analyst role will provide reporting, analytical review, and support to the BI, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Sales, and Commercial Operations teams. The position assists in evaluating the effectiveness of route-to-market strategies, business intelligence tools, and applications. This is a fast-paced role, requiring flexibility and the ability to pivot based on shifting priorities.

salary: $27 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities

• Input corporate and supplier programs into designated business intelligence applications (e.g., NSM, Goal Builder, SODs, Business Objects).
• Track, review, verify, analyze, and report accurate results to Commercial leadership, field teams, and/or suppliers promptly.
• Identify system deficiencies and propose potential solutions.
• Evaluate trends of past program successes and failures to provide data-driven advice on proposed programs.
• Offer insights into live program performance and assess ROI on key initiatives.
• Follow established reporting and documentation standards to ensure uniformity across the organization.
• Provide analysis on Route-to-Market design, sales planning/execution, sales force size/coverage, and organizational structures.
• Develop performance management initiatives, including compensation/incentive design and KPIs.
• Anticipate potential issues by analyzing data and modeling solutions proactively.
