Responsibilities
- Research heavy role working with "Undeliverable Mail Team"
- This team handles undeliverable mail for both home equity and home mortgage
- Try to find a good address using various systems (3-4 systems)
- Update address and resend the mail out to the new updated address
- Notate system if new address can't be found
- This work is very repetitive in nature
- Office setting NOT mailroom environment
