- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Preferred: Familiarity with e-discovery tools and case management software.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, including pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research and gather case law, statutes, and other relevant information.
- Drafting and Filing: Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
- Document Review: Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege during the discovery process.
- Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other parties, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Trial Preparation: Assist with the preparation of trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and other materials for hearings and trials.
- Calendar Management: Schedule depositions, hearings, and other key dates; track deadlines to ensure compliance.
- E-Discovery: Manage electronic discovery tools and processes, including document production and database maintenance.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.
