Responsibilities
- A case will come into a self-managed que- review the situation being reported
- Phone work, taking inbound calls and outbound calls to external customers (Call volume is 10-20 calls a day)
- Outbound calls to state agencies (some states require verbal statement)
- Inbound calls may be for additional information from those state agencies
- 25-40 reports a day
- This team does not do investigating, the actions are simply based on state requirements, that is the sole responsibility.
- This team reports the suspected situation.
