We’re seeking an experienced Purchasing/Quoting Representative to oversee the end-to-end purchasing and sourcing process, from supplier selection and negotiation to contract execution for our global operations. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless procurement, maintaining supplier relationships, and preparing detailed quotations for products, non-standard items, and services. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in supply chain, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for driving results.

salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial and procurement data to develop negotiation strategies and secure purchasing contracts with favorable terms.
• Apply sourcing strategies tailored to aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing sectors, with a preference for international purchasing experience.
• Drive supplier performance using established KPIs, ensuring quality, pricing, and delivery align with company standards.
• Adapt to shifting market conditions to maintain supply chain integrity, availability, and compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze market trends, historical data, and customer purchasing behavior to generate accurate quotations and optimize procurement decisions.
• Leverage exceptional organizational skills to maintain precise documentation, monitor safety standards, and support additional tasks as needed.
