Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple project sites to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule.
- Document project progress through daily reports, look-ahead schedules, safety talks, and progress photos.
- Conduct and supervise weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Approve and verify subcontractor contracts, COIs, completed scopes, and RFIs.
- Ensure project sequence accuracy and alignment with schedules, including conflict resolution.
- Verify and approve submittals, shop drawings, means/methods, materials, and testing coordination.
- Manage discrepancies between subcontractor scope, project scope, and quality expectations.
- Facilitate site meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Verify consistency across project, permit, and master schedule drawings.
- Oversee jobsite protocols, access controls, and severe weather preparedness.
- Supervise field staff, tools, and equipment for self-performed scopes.
- Perform material takeoffs, procurement, and operator qualification verifications.
