We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at a thriving Home Building Supply company. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and gross profit in your assigned territory by delivering exceptional value to both potential and existing customers. You will educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services, while also ensuring their needs and orders are communicated efficiently to the facility. Additionally, you will craft and present persuasive sales proposals to encourage both new sales and repeat business. This role is intended to be an inside sales role with an eventual promotion to Outside Sales Representative based upon succcess. The salary for this role is $45K with $500-$1500 average monthly commission and end of the year profit sharing (dependent on year's success) of ~$8K.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

Daily Customer Communication: Proactively engage with customers via calls, texts, and emails to anticipate needs, provide updates, and offer solutions that foster strong, lasting relationships.

Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with new and repeat customers through regular check-ins and personalized service, ensuring loyalty and trust.

Maintain Sales Records: Accurately track leads, inquiries, and customer activities in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date records for effective communication and service.

Process Sales Orders: Secure, enter, and facilitate accurate customer orders, coordinating with inventory and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

Educate on Product Benefits: Highlight the financial and professional advantages of products or services, tailoring information to meet customer needs and help them make informed decisions.

Sales Within Territory: Drive sales within a designated territory by understanding market trends, identifying opportunities, and meeting sales targets while providing value.

Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about competitors, new products, and industry conditions to better understand customer needs and provide relevant advice.
