Responsibilities
- Offer technical assistance and general product support to customers via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Welcome customers warmly and identify the purpose of their call or concern.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support other departments as required.
- Handle the processing of small part orders efficiently.
- Update customer accounts with detailed records or create new accounts for first-time callers.
- Assist Sales team calls: Wholesalers inquires, pricing breakdowns, troubleshooting orders, etc.
