Responsibilities
Accounts Payable—be a resource for the clerical staff regarding task organization,
priorities, training, and the accuracy of posted transactions. Process Vendor expense
invoices and invoices related to goods for resale Purchase Orders, including problem
resolution. Manage the purchases clearing account, credit card purchases reconciliation, and
company. Prepare weekly check printing.
• Accounts Receivable - Process and reconcile customers' electronic and physical deposits.
Manage collections of past-due invoices. Process customer credits and refunds.
• General Ledger income/expense amortization trend analysis and reporting. Completing
the monthly and year-end closing process and preparing related management reports.
• Inventory Management - Reconciliation of goods, returns, and discrepancies.
