Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, job duties include:

•  Deliver sales performance by achieving or exceeding financial targets, marketing objectives, and brand KPIs.
• Develop pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluations to continually improve sales effectiveness.
• Manage objections and resolve concerns during sales calls, driving logical and actionable outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
• Develop and execute territory-specific call plans, optimizing customer coverage and frequency to maximize sales opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with in-field teams, brand teams, and management to ensure alignment and strategy execution.

Skills:

• 3+ years of proven success in sales with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to be recognized as an expert resource by key stakeholders.
• Advanced business acumen, with the ability to leverage business tools and develop strategic, data-driven sales plans.
• Ability to assess and adapt to different customer behaviors, tailoring sales approaches to maximize success.
• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry is preferred, with a background in physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
