As a Project Accountant, you will be essential in overseeing the financial health of our construction projects. You will manage budgets, ensure timely billing and compliance, and provide financial insights that will help steer project decisions. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient financial management of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and adjust project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Handle client invoicing, manage accounts receivable, and resolve billing disputes.
• Produce accurate financial reports including cost reports, profitability analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure contract financial terms are upheld and align with company policies.
• Monitor project cash flows and manage funding to meet project needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry financial regulations and standards.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary data and explanations of financial practices.
• Serve as a financial liaison among project managers, clients, and vendors.
