We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Associate to join the finance team at a large automotive manufacturing. This position requires 2–5 years of experience in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.

As part of a manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will possess organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Verify and process invoices against purchase orders, ensuring proper approvals.
• Resolve client and internal queries regarding payments and invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Authorize and process payments in alignment with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and ensure accurate payment processing.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate accurate billing/invoices for goods, services, and projects.
• Process and apply customer payments to accounts.
• Conduct aging analysis of receivables and provide reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Participate in period-end close activities with internal teams.
