Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

In this role you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients while assisting them through their initial and ongoing experiences with the practice.

• Greet and escort patients, assist with completing intake forms, and provide information about chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage services to enhance utilization.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, manage office supplies, and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system while ensuring confidentiality.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text, and follow up with patients to complete care plans or schedule future appointments.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Minimum of 12 months of patient-facing experience in a medical office.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, managing patient records, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment for appointments.
