Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing friendly and efficient front office services to patients.
- Coordinate internal and external clinic communications among staff, patients, and providers.
- Collect, record, and distribute patient information accurately via electronic or manual systems.
- Administer co-pay collections and maintain records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Perform clerical, scheduling, and records management tasks to support staff and patient needs.
- A minimum of 2 years of medical office experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), especially EPIC.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
