Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• This team manages and supports the legal paperwork control step and focus on credit card collection law. They are responsible for reviewing (QA) legal documents going out to 3rd party attorneys (including accuracy of dates/document information, inclusion of notarization, and any attached documents included). The documents are all focused on credi card issues from customers that are dealing with civil legal matters.
• The team is part of the Recovery department, and is a last stop in the settlement review process
• The largest portion of the case review is in Credit Card Lending
• Daily and weekly reports are received, the contractor will receive a control or process, and each day they work the accounts sent to them.
• The team is not customer facing

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be looking at physical legal documents to ensure that all items within documentation are accurate, match cooresponding papework, and meet state requirements.
• They will test (QA) and review the information before it is sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
• Check notarization of documents
• Do judgement and complaint validation work as needed
