We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. This candidate will assist our sales team and manage the day to day sales operations of the business.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Process Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) requests. Complete paperwork, gain authorization
from the relevant department head, and issue RMA # to the customer.
 Receive product and service complaints, referring complaints to the designated departments for
investigation.
 Liaise with customers regarding queries or issues with Purchase Orders.
 Enter all pertinent information, accurately and consistently into company database for future
reference by other representatives and for reporting and analysis.
 Make follow-up calls for status of quotations.
 Solicit sales of new or additional products/services, if the opportunity warrants.
 Assist with catalog and other literature mailings.
 Deliver superior customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism over the
phone/email. Consistently friendly, courteous, and respectful of customers and co-workers.
