• 1st shift: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 12:30 a.m. – 6:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and log incoming mail, including tax forms and remittances, by received date.
• Label mail trays with the received date and time for tracking purposes.
• Stage mail for First In, First Out (FIFO) and prioritize for processing.
• Sort and open mail accurately and efficiently.
• Operate high-speed date-stamping equipment with precision.
• Stay informed about production processes in the assigned area.
• Demonstrate a commitment to producing timely, high-quality output.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with the assigned team leader, colleagues, and bank staff.
• Follow and execute both oral and written instructions effectively.
