Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance metrics and financial data to uncover trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Build financial models to support organizational decision-making and evaluate potential outcomes.
• Prepare financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
• Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, including Board of Director meetings, and fulfill quarter-end and month-end reporting requirements.
• Assess industry trends and provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Support compliance with credit agreements and debt covenants.
• Identify and mitigate business and financial risks through thorough analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and offer insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Create and enhance automated reporting and forecasting tools to improve data efficiency.
