Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders across the US to understand their talent needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies, focusing initially on Manufacturing roles, while addressing a wide range of salaried and hourly positions across various business functions
- Oversee the recruitment process for assigned positions, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring across multiple US locations
- Identify, engage, and present top-tier and diverse talent from the market, offering valuable market insights and screening candidates, while maintaining a high-quality experience for all candidates
- Leverage all available recruitment tools and channels, including but not limited to applicants, direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and community/job fairs, to find exceptional talent
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor candidate progress, ensure data accuracy, and generate meaningful reports for performance analysis
- Lead the negotiation and preparation of job offers with selected candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and new employees to guide the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Support Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing initiatives by contributing to the development and promotion of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
